Thread: looking for my dad colin osbourne and my sister xzenia kinnear

hi i am looking for my dad and my half sister my dad is approximatly 49 years old and my half sister is aprox 24 i have not met either of them as my dad left when i was very young and the last i heard he was living in birkenhead wirral and the last i heard of my sister was she lived in scotlan i am not sure of the spelling of either of there names all i know is my sisters names is xzenia kinnear (that is how it is pronounced) and my dad colin osborne or osbourne if you could help i would be so greatful also the last i heard of my sister she lived in scotland thank you x
