I think I need someone who has access to Ancestry here for this, ??

I have tried a number of sites, (including Ellis Island which I found difficult to find my way around !)

but haven't had any success. The majority seem to cut off at 1900 - 1910 which ofcourse is too early for my family.



I have details of my parents travel as..

Alfred Robertson b/1893 Scotland aged 25 yrs ,

Martha M Robertson b/1893 Scotland Aged 25 yrs, and

young daughter Mary Louise E Robertson b/1917 aged aged 2 yrs

traveling from Liverpool UK to New York on the "Carmania" April 1919.

Can anyone help me with their travel from New York or ?? USA, to NZ please.

I would think that they would have only been in USA a short time before continuing on to NZ (possibly Timaru or Lyttelton)

They may have gone to TIMARU NZ as they were in Timaru in 1921.

They then shifted north to Christchurch/Canterbury.

Beatrice M (8) traveling from NZ to Southampton UK on the "Tamaroa" 16 July 1928.



ALSO..If possible can anyone help me with this travel......

My Father's travel from NZ (Presumed to be Lyttleton or Wellington) to either UK or Glasgow Scotland.

I would think about 6 months or so AFTER July 1928, as I know he went back to Scotland, and brought Mother and girls back to NZ.



This also is a query,

Their return journey to NZ...The family of them.. Father, Mother and two girls travel TO NZ

which would possibly have been between 1929 - 1932 ????

(Their NZ destination would have been either Wellington or Lyttelton this time)Here again they MAY have stopped of in Boston, as my Dad had a brother living there.
