Thread: marriage look up

Could anyone find the marriage of:

Samuel Ward and Ada Barker, Manchester, think it is around late 1940s.

I know they had two daughters, how would I find their names and dates of births.

I have done a quick search for children called Ward with mothers maiden name of Barker,1950+/- 5 years,

It has brought up----

Marjorie A. Ward Sep 1/4 1945 Manchester 8d 323

Barbara E. Ward Sep 1/4 1948 Manchester 10e 467

These may be the correct ones but without any names to go on it would be pure guess work.
