Would someone please help me to find in the 1901 census an Alfred Thomas Tipper and his wife Mary ?. They were married in 1900 and i believe they may be living in the Stourport/Kidderminster areas of Worcestershire. What was his Occupation and did they have a child?
Any success will help me to move on to the 1911 census.
