Finding Lillian M Wiggins

Hi

Could someone please help me find the birth record and the name of Lillian's spouse please. I am really stuck.

I have found her marriage record - Oct 1940 Oxford to a Shopherd (should be Shepherd), unfortunately it doesn't have her spouse name when you click on find the spouse on a******* and it isn't on f***b**

They had a daughter called Elsie J Shepherd born 1941 Oxford.

I would just buy the certificate if it was for me, but I am doing it as a favour for a friend.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Use the ref below to get the marriage cert. From this you will get the fathers and mothers maiden name and Liian's age at marriage. There is more than on possible birth reg.
