Can anyone check a marriage for in Leeds record office details are Thomas Waterhouse marr Ann Lofthouse at St. Peter's Leeds in the Sep qtr of 1852, would like the full details please

To get the full marriage details, your best bet would be to order the certificate, either from the GRO or Leeds registry office. Unfortunately that's the only way to find these out as members of the general public are generally not allowed to search the registers themselves.

This is strictly incorrect, the Leeds records Office will have the marriage records available to search by the general public as long as you have a valid readers ticket. All records office have this facility, Dora i think i might know someone going that way soon, and shall enquire for you.

Hi Tracey it is the parish registers I needed checking, not the certificate, the registers should be in Leeds record office.

What you are looking for is the Parish Record entry of
Thomas Waterhouse marr Ann Lofthouse at St. Peter's Leeds in Sep qtr (JULY AUGUST SEPTEMBER) 1852
Held at Leeds RO......try an e mail request to them, I find most RO's will do it for the cost of photocopying and postage...
