Puzzled as to how she came to be in Chester in 1940 as opposed to York, or was an executor of the will based in the area.... she must have been in her mid 80's when she died....was she being cared for...the death cert will advise you of the informant
I can find her on all census 1861 to 1901 her marriage took place after 1891

Wilson, you stated Curtis was her 2nd husband but as Arthur's middle name was Curtiss I would say she married only the once..Possibly the surname Styan was left out for various reasons..I wonder when Arthur died? I did find a death for an Arthur Styan for the area of York and another for a Arthur Cecil Styan aged 10 years...Off to work soon for me so must be going..
