Leonard Shinkins, Tilney, Norfolk 1790's

Hi,

In 1841 Leonard Shinkins appears aged 45 with wife Ann and a handfull of children. It would also appear that Thomas Shinkins aged 75 maybe the father of Leonard but doesn't actually say.

Free Reg has a few Shinkins and a Leonard for late 1790's but different parents.

I can't find the marriage of Leonard to Ann either.

A relationship between Leaonard and the other local Shinkins would help greatly if that could be found.

Will anyone be able to help with this please.

Hi, yes that's them in the '41.

There's a site where some good work was done for Tilney All Saints church which has most of the '41 crowd being baptised etc. I guess if no one can find a link to Leonards parents or siblings , then I'm going to draw a blank on that one.

Oh well , perhaps something will turn up.

Hi, yes I found this the other day. On the '41 census there is a Thomas aged 75 that I was guessing was Leonard's father but he could be any relation so I may go with the Parents on this link. At least I can make a start on some more family lines.
