    Default LIDDINGTON BEDS PARISH RECORDS CONFUSION

    Can anyone clarify data for the Parish of Liddington, Bedfordshire. Searching on the surname ASHBY I downloaded two lots from IGI but found differences that are confusing. Two entries for each date same father but different mothers. Which one is correct Elizabeth or Ann or both?

    Hi Bala,



    For Elizabeth and William I am only finding the mother as Ann.

    For Ann and John, I am finding the mother as Elizabeth.



    There is a member submitted death for an Ann Ashby of Lidlington. I wonder if William remarried but in a different parish. Maybe someone else can take a look and see if they agree.
