Found her living in Bethnal Green.She was actually born Maud Beattie in 1884. I guess she jazzed up her name for the marriage or else the clerk was not paying attention.

I believe that these ppl are my grandparents. Through stories of my cousins and my dad Sydney he used to kid about the bayliss family were a bunch of "horse thieves". This explains alot about my family as my last name is actually Edmonds-Bayliss and that many of the family dropped the Edmonds and went by Bayliss only. I know this as my uncle Arthur went by Bayliss The rest of my Dad's brothers and sisters as much as I know of were Maude, Eva, Stan others I don't know. My Dad and Arthur were fraternal twins.
My Dad came over to Canada in 1951 and worked for Ford motor Co. as a hydraulic mechanic. he never went to war because he stayed back to work on the spitfires thats how he came to get his job. When he immigrated he had to use his full legal name so hence my last name is what it is and I am William Richard Edmonds-Bayliss. I have 1 older sister and brother and 1 younger brother.
