Thread: 1851 look up please

please could i have a look up for Anthony Rowley and his wife Mary on 1851c, they married 1850, borough of Tynemouth Anthony was full age and Mary a minor, they would be living in North Shields, Anthony was a Pipemaster would be very grateful for any information found, i have just found that Anthony died in 1886, so not sure where his wife or children were living in 1891(would be North Shields) a check on that census too would be lovely if possible. Is this the right couple on the 1861 census ? The image clearly shows their ages as 26. Anthony is a pipe maker born in Ireland.

I have a feeling this might be them. The image clearly says Rowland but maybe their accent made it sound like that. Anthony is a pipemaker. Both born in Ireland and are lodgers.

I noticed that 1891 image and M Rowley is the sister-in-law to John. It says that John is single and M Rowley married. It might be a mistake but as Anthony had died I wasn't sure if this was her.

Hi Starlight thank you for the 1851c and Shirl for 1891c John Rowley is Anthony's brother and M Rowley will be Anthony's wife, i got his death from the library and cost me 10p. Still trying to find out when the family came to England from Ireland (would i have to post another thread)?
