Thank you very much. Elizabeth Kerr is Ann's mother's sister (nee COCHRAN). From the census listings it looks as though William KERR died between 1851 and 1861.

Thank you very much. I checked for a death for William KERR between 1851 and 1861 and found one in Glasgow 644 in 1852 and one in Govan 646 in 1854 but not one in Rutherglen 654 where he was in 1851 census in 43 Main St. He was born and married in Rutherglen so I'm not sure.
