Thread: LMA look up please

Hi,

Would some kind soul be willing to do a look up for me on the LMA. I am after any children born to Aaron and Jane Bach/Beech/Beach between 1778 and 1800 . The entries should be under St Dunstan, Stepney. I think it may come under Tower Hamlets.

Ps I already have an Aaron born 1791 - it's his siblings I'm after.

Thanks Noggin, but I've been there and done that to no avail. The IGI does not cover all BMDs unfortunately What I'm after is for someone to check on a particular website that I don't subscribe to.

I have found the parish records for Saint Dunston. There are hundreds of pages and the writing is very slanted . I will try and get through them as soon as possible.

22 Nov 1778, (23 days old) - John son of Aaron Batch of Ratcliffe, glass blower & Jane

12 Mar 1782, (22 days old) - Benjamin son of Aaron Back of Ratcliff, glass blower & Jane

13 Sep 1789 (23 days old) - Mary Ann daughter of Aaron Beach of Ratcliff, glassmaker & Jane

26 Jun 1791 ( 34 days old) - Aaron Beech, son of Aaron Beech of Rat, glassmaker & Jane

I have noticed a child born to a John Beach in (See above ) , do you want this ?

Do you know when and where Aaron and Jane married ?

There seems a large gap for that period between the 2nd and 3rd child. I am wondering if they moved house and came back.

Would they have had any before 1778 ?

Aaron Bach and Jane Seager were married 1778 at St Katherine Cree in London so I wasn't expecting any children before that year.

I will have to go back to find that child of John as I didn't give a reference for that. I will continue to 1800 first.

Many thanks again for checking for me. I think you can give up on the John Beach children as I'm pretty sure John Beach and Susannah weren't family members. I was hoping that John would be a glass maker like Aaron.
