Hi

I am researching, for a friend, the MESSER family from Sussex. I have little info on the family except that HARRY THOMAS MESSER was b 1909 in Horsham Sussex. He married Esther Moody b 1911, they married in Horsham 1933. My friend's parents are both dead now and he has no certs at all to give me his grandparents names (he never knew them). Does anyone out there have any interest/info on the Moody/Messer families. Any info wouold be great so as I can start his family tree

I would suggest getting this as it will give the names of the bride and groom's fathers and their occupations so it will help you trace the right families further back.

This might be the birth ref for Esther. Upperton is the Mother,s maiden name..
