Thread: Oxfordshire Lookup Needed, died in 1840 unfortunately!

My Great Great Great Great Grandparents were particularly unhelpful, in that they died before the 1814 census! I am therefore struggling to find either of their parents.



There is a John Heath, born 1763 and died in Bix near Nettlebed, Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire, December 15th 1840. He was a labourer at Pages Farm, Bix and is buried in St Bartholomews Church Nettlebed.



His wife was a Sarah Burden, born 1768 and died 1822 in Nettlebed.



They married Pishill in Oxfordshire, a couple of miles from Bix on January 15th 1791.

The only offspring that I know about is their son, James Heath, born May 11th 1794 Nettlebed and who died in 1879 and is buried in the London Road Cemetery in Reading.



I don't know if any of you kind folk have access to Nettlebed parish records. It would be great to try to extend my family tree backwards a little further along this line as I have reached a large STOP!!
