folkestone christening lookup

Would be greatful if someone may have access to folkestone parish records in Kent, trying to locate an Elizabeth Elgar, according to 1851 -71 censuses state she was born abt 1797 in Folkestone. Any Help, I have tried IGI, However, it is does not have all the records.
