Thread: Sidney James Baker - Tiverton

My current 'find' is my Grandfather - Sidney James Baker - 13 Apr 1915 - 1961.



I know that he died in Tiverton, but I am having trouble finding where he is buried.



I am trying to find out mainly so that my Mum is able to visit his grave. My grandparents separated before my grandfather died, and my Mum never knew where he was.



I have tried the Exeter records online, but they don't list burials for Tiverton.



If anyone has a link that might be useful, or is able to offer any help or advice, I would be very grateful.

He might have been buried in a cemetery as opposed to a graveyard, or even cremated.

The relevant council website will probably have contact details, but I expect you will have to phone them or even visit to search their records.

Tiverton is only a small place, try calling the local funeral directors. If they didn't bury him, they probably know who did and where.
