John Bayliss or John Edmonds Bayliss was born 30 May 1877 West Ham.His father was John Edmonds and married for the second time using the name

John Edmonds Bayliss 14 Sep 1895 Chelsea to Frances Claydon.

Before you order the cert, see if it can be checked against the 1901 or 1911 Census for a John Bayliss married to ?????? (it shouldn't be to difficult if you know the area they lived in or any children, it could save you some money).
