Thread: William George Howell

I am trying to find the marriage of William George Howell born 1853 to Annie who was born in 1848 in Belgaum India. I was always told that Annie married 3 times and I think William was husband number 2. William died in 1886 in Fyzabad and Annie married Edwin Laskey (he was in the Royal Artillery) in 1887 in Agra. I have tried Fibis with no luck has anybody any suggestions.

Not sure what Fibis is, but have you tried looking at the GRO Consular Marriages on FMP?
