I've been having endless problems with National Archives in kew, london. Basically I obtained a divorce petition from them, which I purchased using the documents online service. The document was from 1880, and the first ten pages came through.
Apparantly, the documents online service only includes the 1st ten pages of a document. So, I placed another order requesting the 2nd ten pages. Instead they sent the 1st ten pages again.
I've spent around 2 hours on the phone since, and around a dozen emails. They are totally letting me down, and I just cant seem to get them to help.
Basically, I was wondering if anyone here might be able to obtain the record for me when visiting the national archives? Obviously I will pay any expenses etc. It would really be a great held.
