i received a wedding certificate today and it states on it the weddding took place in the parish church of tewkesbury, would this be in the Abbey??

ty noggin but the wedding cert does state parish church in tewkesbury, i know there is a catholic church the abbey and the holy trinity church, but does say parish and on google earth the abbey is just stones throw from her home

It still looks like the Abbey to me which is the parish church of Blessed Virgin Mary, Tewkesbury.
