can anyone help me find henry james costins in any either the 1871 census or 1881 all i can find is his birth: 1861 newport monmouthshire wales. i do not have his parents names or siblings and i cannot find him in a census until 1891 which he is under the name george costins living with his spouse harriet who is from elmore gloucester any information would be greatly recieved! many thanks!

If you think George is the same person as Henry maybe this is his marriage????

thanks very much all of you i think he may have changed his name because in the 1891 census he is named george costins and also named george costins in the 1911 census, i have no idea what name he is under in the 1861 and 1871 census as i can not find him at all after weeks of searching. he also uses the name george in his marriage too thanks for harriets maiden name and parents name as i did not have them if you could find him in 1871 or 1881 i would be really grateful thanks again

I'll see what I can do, but at the moment my comp keeps closing down (faulty fan) it's very frustrating.

Hi slizzy thank you! Another name change i think castino is italion! I wonder what name he has used for 1871 and 81 then because george was not his birth name so its seems a bit strange how he uses it so much :-S dont quote me on this but if im right he also died in wakefield Yorkshire under the name george

hi slizzy just wondering could it be possible that henry james is a orphan or maybe a child born out of marriage? i have searched all over for other possible births of siblings and parent names and i cannot find 1 that could tie in with dates and locations
