Can you tell us anything else about Thomas? Did he have children, do you know their names, what was Thomas' occupation, have you found him on later censuses? The more info you can supply, the better the chances of us finding him.

Hi thanks for quick reply, yes he had a son a Samuel Giles ENGLAND, he is the only one I am aware of,his occupation is unknown, however I found his wifes maiden on a note a few minutes ago it was GILL they were married around 1825
