    Default help please nottinghamshire hall family

    Help please, on the 1841 census my grt grt grt grandfather Thomas hall born it says not in county lived with his daughters and sons. sarah,born 1801, bridget, mary, martha, caroline, rebecca, thomas and william another sarah 1828. they lived on longacre it says he supported himself own means. it also says his children except for william where all born in ireland? what was longacre? how can I trace them for my tree ancestry,genes etc all come up with nothing except 41 census ....mary his daughter married george jackson born 1825 nottinghamshire in 1853 in bingham. please can anyone help.

    Can yo provide a bit more detail. How old was Thomas Hall in the 1841 Census and where were the family living at the time.

    hi in the 1841 census he was 70 so born about 1776 living bingham.

    I have a few after 1841 its before the census like who was the mum or where was thomas born etc

    In answer to your question “What was Longacre?” Bingham doesn’t have a High Street but it’s main thoroughfare, running through from Nottingham Road to Grantham Road, is called "Long Acre".
