Thread: Contacting Ancestry

Hi, I have some technical issues about which I need to contact Ancestry, but every single attempt at contacting them results in the site telling me to register, which I have, about 15 times! Is anyone else having these kind of issues, or is this normal? Can we not really contact them at all?



Not impressed, the site doesn't work properly and I can't contact them to ask about it. I'm stuck.

Is it ancestry.co.uk or ancestry.com . You should be able to contact either. You say you have registered 15 times. Does that mean in the past . I am sure you wouldn't have paid out 15 times this once.
