Thread: Acle Norfolk

Researching a Jacob Hunn , according to some papers found he was the last man in Acle to be put in irons for assulting his wife who was the daughter of Commander Spencer Drake R.N.



Would be grateful if anyone can help me in dating this or his punishment please.

Do you have Jacob in 1861? The answers may help narrow down the year he was covicted.

Dunt! They aren't direct rellies, but they are related somehow to John Dunt 1768-1844, my gt x 4 grandfather.



Went through Acle on the bus last summer when going to Limpenhoe to find gravestones!

no dont think so Slizzy as her birth cert. only one without fathers name



Hes not on 1861 and could never find his passage to australia either.
