    Default Elizabeth Taylor

Hi can anyone help me please I am looking for my great grandma Elizabeth Taylor 1877 . She was born in Coventry England. She married William who was born in Coventry also in 1867 they were married in 1895 and had about 5 children. Unfortunetly she left Coventry to live with someone in Birmingham all those years ago but this is where I loose contact she is in the 1911 census but does anyone know how you check records after the 1911 census? I'm new at this and I would appreciate any ideas you would like to offer.

    Thanks a million

    Teresa

Teresa, The 1921 Census wont come out now for another 100 years.. The 1911 Census were released a few years earlier.. Should have been 2011. What kind of records do you mean? Sometimes if you know the place where she lived and died you could try contacting the Library Archives for that area.

Perhaps there could be family still around so a small add in a News Paper.. Another thought and I did exactly this was to write a letter to the Post Office of the area asking information about...(Put the names and what you know) And would they place it in the Post Office window for passers by to see.. This is how I found out where my brother was born in Wisbech.. I knew he was born in Wisbech so that gave me a bit of a start...A lady saw my letter and replied.. If you have seen the 1911 Census note the address and take it from there..Add names of all family listed...Add to the letter if you send one.

    Good Luck.
