Default 1871 Census (London) John Oliphant Armit

    Hi everyone

Could someone look up the 1871 Census for 'London' please!

In my records I have this entry from an old diary:

"28 April 1871, John O. Armit is yet with W. Bird 42 Castle St. Oxford St. W. London."

John was born in Westray Parish, Orkney, on 4 Feb 1846 so he would have been aged 25. The Parish may be shown as 'Westray and Papa Westray'.

My fingers are crossed (yet again)

    Regards
