Thread: Look Up Request for Ogley & Vollans

Trying to find any information on Ogley's from Doncaster area of Yorkshire. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, Vollans from the same area. Trying to link or rule out connections. Marriages would be good to either Horsefield/Horsfield or Smith.

I cannot find any connections to Horesfield or Horfield . There are quite a few Ogley/Smith marriages. It would be easier, if you put what information you have so far so that people can work from that information.

My Great Grandfather married a Charlotte Smith, born in Campsall in Doncaster area, in March 1890. On her christening notice, in 1873, her parents are down as John Smith & Annie Matilda. I can find a Charlotte Smith living with her grandparents on the 1881 census. They are James & Sarah Anne Mills.

I spent a while searching Sarah Anne as a Drabes, but this fizzled out and was given the name Ogley somewhere along the line, forget where.

However much I try and keep coming up empty handed on all my searches.

Not sure if there is enough info here but, any help would be great.
