Thread: Help please George shaw 1895

Hi everyone, i am new to this. I have been trying to find my gt gt grandfather George shaw from Northwich/Middlewich, i know he had a son also George shaw 1895 who married Nellie Stanway in May 1916 in Northwich. I have found nellies family and siblings but cannot find any siblings for George 1895 or his mother and only the name George shaw for his father . I heard that George senior was a boatman on the vessel Cairo in 1901 in middlewich cledford bridge but that is all. Just wondring if any one can help with me with this?

Hi, maybe this is them? They've been transcribed in the census index as Sham but looking at the original sheet I'd say it's Shaw.

there is a george william shaw born 1895 congleton but he seems to be with parents william and emma in 1901
