Thread: Help Finding George King

I would really appreciate some help in trying to find out some more info about a George King. He married Naomi Gant in 1852 and I know in 1853 he was a laborer in Deptford, London as this detail was on his daughter Sarah Rebecca King's birth cert. I can't find him in the 1861 or 1871 census (assuming he was actually alive then). If anyone could gather anything about him that would be great. Likewise I am in the dark about his wife Naomi. Did George have any other children other than Sarah Rebecca? Where was he in 1861?

do you have ages from marriage certificate - you may be able to find the family in 1861 & 71 through Naomi as its a more unusual name.

I have their daughters' (Sarah's) birth certificate that states he was a labourer and that's where I also got his age from, that's how I got that info but I don't as yet have their marriage cert.
