Thread: Carr Children - Death records

Missing Carr Children.



I am trying to locate three long lost children.



I would like to find out when and where and if possible under what circumstances they died.



Their father was John Edward Carr who was born in Belford, Durham, Northumberland in 1899. He died in 17th July 1970 in Innerleithen, Scotland.



He married Agnes May Hunter in Berwick in 1924

Agnes was born in 1904 and died17th July 1970 in Kelso, Scotland.



The three children I am looking for are as follows;



Raymond Carr born 1919 (Newcastle)



Jessie Carr born 1920 (Tynemouth)

Joan W Carr born 1924 (Belford)



The only other information I have is that all three children died very young and at least two of them may be buried in unmarked graves in Ellingham cemetery Northumberland, near to the grave of their Grandparents John and Helen Carr.

Many thanks Welsh Lady. Is there any way of proving that their father was John Edward Carr?



The BMD records for their birth only show that their mother's maiden name was Hunter.



I've managed to find a birth for a Jessie Carr, Mothers maiden name Hunter. Tynemouth Vol 10b page 719. I cant find a death? Is there any way that she may still be alive albeit 89, She would potentially be my wife's, mothers sister.
