Thread: Nancy and Nancy Pickering

In 1851 mother and daughter were living at 17 Cook Court Hull YRK.After that I lose them.What I would like are their date of death if possible.

Before looking any further are these the two Nancy(s)



Nancy Pickering 48 Where born: Leaven, Yorkshire, England unmarried

Nancy Pickering 84 Where born: Leaven, Yorkshire, England widow

That is them.I suspect that the mother died shortly after the census but could not find the death registration.

I have search all the Deaths on the original docs on Ancestry and came up with the following. I don't know if they could have moved from Hull.

Pickering Nancy Blackburn 8e 144 3Q 1854

Pickering Nancy Blackburn 8e 196 4Q 1862

It appears that they have been registered as Ann for some reason.
