Thread: Help looking up Joseph John Atkinson and Jenny E Nicholson from Middlesex

Joseph John Atkinson Born Sep 1899 in Holborn, Married Jenny E Nicholson Born 1898. Cant seem to find any records of them anywhere so any help would be appriciated. They are my Granmothers parents, she is called Heather and was born in Middlesex in 1929.

I have searched the 1901 census and cant find either of them on it and I dont have access to the 1911 census unfortunatley. Thanks for your help though.

Do you have the parents names for both Joseph and Jenny, plus their parents ages and where they were born. Do you know the names of any brothers or sisters for Joseph and Jenny. Knowing the names of parents can sometimes help because of mistakes in transcribing, look for the parents instead. This is why the marriage cert would be useful.

Joseph's father has been enumerated by initial only, so there's no first name for him.



All were born in the London area, Joseph's father was a general dealer and reg merchant. Maud Wolfer ~ niece.

On the 1911 census there is a Jenny Nicholson in Carlisle born 1898, and a JENNET Nicholson born 1987 in Sheffield



Any thoughts?
