Thread: Kent look up?

Hi



Can anyone help me find a birth for my grtgrtgrt gran please? I have the birth certificate of her eldest daughter in 1841, her name was Charlotte Levell or it may be Lovell. She was born around 1815 in Dartford, Kent and married Richard Lee who was born Grinshill, Shropshire. I am not sure where the marriage would take place,,,, but her birth or baptism may help me go further back with her line.

Thanks for that - I have them in Segley on the 1841 census through to 1881 and after Charlotte died Richard is living with her son Henry in 1891.



Just can not find a marriage for them anywhere in the UK and there are a couple of possible bapts for Charlotte but both are out of the time frame so until we find the marriage we can not look for the baptism as we do not know the parish in Kent - Dartford has several churches and no parents name to go on.

Yes - its me - been havinbg pc problems - and wasn't notified there were more messages in Ancestry Aid. I wonder if both Charlotte and Richard moved to Staffordshire, there is a baptism in Wolverhampton for a Charlotte Lovell, but if its 'our' Charlotte she'd be two years old...
