Thread: Norfolk/Norwich look up please????

I'm trying to trace Edward Tolliday who may have been born in this area circa 1800 . His wife may have been called Susan- but that's just a wildish guess!!



Does anyone have access to parish records who would be able to check him out please???

I live in France so it's not very easy for me to research records!



The spelling of Tolliday is VERY variable!!!!!

Hi there- thanks for that!



I did have that info- but I'd sort of put it to one side as my Edward Jnr had no son called John...Edward x2 Robert, Harry,George, William and Fred...I'd have sort of expected a John somewhere if his grandpa was called John....( but who knows???)..mind you Edward Jnrs wife was called Mary- and they didn't name any of their daughters that!!!



I've also found Edward Tolledy born 5/6/1800 Isleham,Ely, Cambridge.



Norfolk was just a thought as there are/were a lot of Tollidays in the county....what do you think???? ( any input would be appreciated!)
