Thread: last known address

hi can anyone tell me where to go from here, i have been trying to find my missing family the last known address i have is from 1954 im stuck as what to do now

What are you wanting to do? You can go to the relevant records office or the British library and look through the electoral rolls to see when they stopped appearing at that address.



You could write a letter to the local paper covering the address and ask if anyone has any knowledge of the family.



Otherwise its a boring trawl through the marriages and death indexes.

iveapplied to the church which i know they were involved and i have applied for an electoral roll search but have been told due to lots of request it could take about a year for a reply......i also put an add in the local paper but cant prove what i was told about them. also i cant find a death for them
