Hi Reborto,
Just found the 1891 census not sure whats going on :
Still at lower Mitton, Stourport.
Henry Pountney 55
A Phillips Pountney 59 *
Harry Pountney 20
Annbah A Tolley 7 grandaughter
Francis Davis 83 father in Law**. retired coal merchant.
Is this Azubah P * and was her maiden name Davis** and her name Azubah Phillips Davis. If not who this ?
Thanks once again Noggin. Yes it's the same family. Where the middle name of Philips comes from I am yet to discover. Yes her maiden name was Davis and i am off to Shrewsbury or Bridgnorth Libarary to confirm this fact in the registers. Emila went on to marry my Gt Grandfather's brother. Annbah (Azubah-Ann) was their daughter. The Father-in-law died in 1898 in Kidderminster area. Some of these people are buried at St Michael's in Stourport but at the back by the Canal in the overgrown part along with other members of my tree. They are the Tolley and Sheward families.
Nice to have met you this way and once more, thanks. Roberto.
