help with Dublin birth

I am trying to find where i can get a birth certificate from for someone born in Dublin. I have the following:

Elizabeth Esther Mary Mannering, father: Charles Mannering (on her marriage certificate) Age: 25 in 1902. b)1877.

1911 census page Elizabeth Barnes, b)1878,Leremure, Dublin.

On Familysearch website i have managed to find an Elizabeth Mannering Father: Charles Mannering. She is born 1878.

From this i have found a Mother,brothers and sisters. But i want to know if iam following the right Elizabeth plus her family.

We were told she came from Rathfarnam, Dublin and her father and mother died and the children were passed to family members.

Government registration of births, marriages and deaths in Ireland began January 1, 1864. Registration of marriages for non-Roman Catholics began in 1845.

Having a look a the form and it says * needs to be completed, but i dont know her: Address of Place of Birth Home/Hospital or

her Mother's maiden name

incomplete forms maybe returned if not filled in, thats why iam applying though to find these out.
