im not sure it could be coombs or maunder in 1881 census she was living with her neices and nephew and they are coombs

I can't find a marriage for Coombs to Thorne only Maunder, the nephew and niece could have been her sisters children. Did Eliza have children it would give her maiden name on the birth cert, I have found her if it's Maunder.

Just found marriage Martha Ann Maunder to William Charles Coombs June quarter 1879 Stoke Damerel, so it looks like Eliza was a Maunder.
