Thread: charles jamieson death?

Please cld you do a check on ancestry or find my past for a charles jamieson his death i think was tynemouth and about 1938 i am just double checking thank you

There's a Charles C Jamieson aged 83 but he died in Lambeth aged 83 Qtr 2 1d 215 or a Charles Jamieson age 68 in Chesterfield Qtr 3 1938 7b 675. But none in Tynemouth either in '37 or 39. (Ancestry) Have you any more details?

charles was 3yrs old in 1901c, born Durham or thereabouts,(mother was Mary Jane Jamieson and father Henry Jamieson) he was married in sep qtr 1921 to Eliza Jensen, apparently he was a seaman, i have a photo which says on back charles jamieson died 4th may 1938 the photo is of his mother which is my nana's morther and charles is her half brother any help wld be appreciated thank you

Well, I have gone from Jan 33 to Dec 39 qtr by qtr without any luck. Also checked each 2nd qtr from 1928 to 1960 again without any luck, working on possible date of death being 4th May.

Could he have died overseas?

I have been looking on BMD Index.co.uk

Anyone got any ideas?

Hi Brian just got yr reply now, only thing i know is that he was a seaman so he cld have died overseas, sori that is the only information that i know of. Thank you for taking the time to look if you come up with anything overseas please let me know wld be grateful.
