Unless someone has this couple in their tree and has purchased the marriage certificate, I'm sorry to say that nobody will be able to help with the information off the certificate.
Dudley Register Office hold their own register office marriages and are not held at the local Archives. You can purchase the certificate from Dudley Register Office and will cost you £7.00.
