Thread: Need Help Finding Catherine Kearney's Parents

HI Everyone



I am looking for Catherine Kearney's Parents. Catherine was born in Salford, Manchester, England abt 1832. She married John Turner abt 1850 in Manchester. They moved to Halifax, West Yorkshire, England between 1861 & 1871, Catherine was widowed by 1881.



I am looking for Catherine's birth, siblings and her parents.



Can anyone help please.

Thank you for your help, I will send for the marriage cert, I live in Bulgaria so it takes about 3/4 weeks to get hear but I will keep you posted on my findings.



I have also found that on the 1861 census she says she was born in Liverpool, on the 1871 she says she was born in Lancashire, Manchester. On the 1881 Manchester, the 1891 Salford Manchester, 1901 just before she died she says Liverpool again.



I did some research on the Kearney name and it turns out it is a very common Irish name. So I have Liverpool, Manchester, Salford and Ireland. I hope by getting her fathers name, I will be able to find some more information.
