Thread: Industrial School Staines,later Feltham Borstall

Long shot I know, but can anyone please point me in the right direction regarding viewing records for the above institution? Discovered my GtGrandfathers son (I believe he MUST have been married twice) was an inmate, or Juvenile Offender as it appears in the 1871 census.



This 'Industrial School' later became Feltham Young Offenders I believe in about 1909.



The lad in questioon was Frederick Barrett and was aged c.12 in 1871.
