Thread: Argyle & Sutherland Highlanders 1914

I need some help. I have a picture of my Great Grandfather in his WW1 Uniform as a member of the Argyle & Sutherland Highlanders in 1914. Unfortunately know one has any further information. His name was GEORGE THOMAS PATERSON and he lived in the Mount Vernon area of Glasgow prior to moving his entire family to the USA after WW1. Can anyone help me locate more info on his unit?
