Thread: photo of house keyworth

hi,

i would dearly love a photo of where my grandmother lived when my father was born. i have written to the owner and have had no reply. is it legal to take a photo of someones house [whilst not going onto their property] in england? as i live in australia i dont know the law in england concerning this. i have tried street view but can only get a ariel shot and cant see the house beside the roof. any advice??? thanks
