Thread: driscoll in deptford

I am trying to find the name of the parents and siblings for a Daniel Driscoll born 1855 Deptford Kent. In 1880 his was living in Deptford with his wife, jane ann driscoll [nee delaney]. would someone possibly be able to check the 1871 census for deptford for him and find his parents and siblings. daniel would have been 16 at the time.

Sorry can't find him 1881, 1871. 1861 census has a Daniel Driscoll born Deptford but in 1860 not 1855.

Deptford would be in Greenwich registration district so this is probably his birth:



Births Dec 1855 Greenwich 1d p.502 Driscoll Daniel



You could order this cert to find out who his parents were. Alternatively his father's name and occupation should be on his marriage cert. With a father's name it would be easier to look for the right family on the census.
