Thread: Hello everyone - 1841 Australia census lookup please

I am fairly new to these forums etc but I was wandering is there anybody out there that may be able to do a 1841 census lookup for Victoria Australia. Iam looking for a George Clarke who I know resided at Chilton with his wife Ann Anderson and son John in 1870.I do not have much info on George so I am now trying to discover when he may have gone to Victoria.I have had no luck on his marriage and according to family stories he and his son John had a falling out and John left Victoria for New South Wales, John disowned his father and it states on his death certificate that father was William, although birth certicicate father is George.I really am a loss on this branch, any help or suggestions would be great.

Most Australian censuses have been destroyed in my understanding. However, this site might be useful.
