Thread: trying to find someone, born 1971

hi, im trying to find someone who was born in 1971, and has an older sister....



thats all i really know... can any one give me any kind of help in how i search for him...



i have search bmd for him but quite a few where born in that year but as i dont no his sister name or year of birth i can not cross ref: with the mothers maiden name...



silly of me but i thought this would be easy... how wrong am i...



any help forward i would be most gratful....

If you know anything about a marriage which may have taken place, that might help. Other than that, I can only suggest trying electoral registers, as the people concerned are of voting age, and might therefore appear on the registers.

How about looking in the local newspapers for that area for a birth announcement? That might give you more information. You can possibly search the loacal papers on line. Alternatively you could put a 'looking for' request in the paper. Its also worth trying the Friends Reunited website (I have found lots of old friends that way, including one now living abroad). It may be worth doing a search on a social network site like Facebook or Beebo - they may well have information. The website 'Find My Past' also lets you look for living people if you have a subscription with them. Good luck.
