Thread: 1841c look up please

I a looking for a Thomas Dawson b1785 or there abouts of Walker and his wife Ann Thomas born Gateshead there 1st child was born 28/12/1809 by the name of Ann Thomas she was born north shields and a son George Thomas b25/1/1812 also in north shields both were christenend 29/11/1812 i am still looking thru parish records for anymore children but if you cld be so kind as to look on census for me wld greatly appreciate this.

I can't seem to find a Thomas and an Ann or anyone in Walker.

Got Thomas b 1891 with Rachel in Lawson Street, Byker in 1851.



Of course Ann could have died and Thomas remarried.

thank you MarkF Thomas Dawson was a joiner, how cld i be sure this is the right person if the daughter was married in 1832 as there is quite a few Thomas Dawson's living in north shields where the daughter was born. Any help wld be great

The birth of Ann Thomas 09 suggests that they didn't marry until later than that. IGI shows a couple at Tynemouth, but none at North Shields.



1851 there is no Ann of any name b Gateshead 1790+- 10

North Shields and Tynemouth are pretty much only a street away, rather like Byker and Walker.

I was looking on the search labs.family search.org site and then clicked for the Durham Transcrips 1700-1900 though that was the only one i cld use so do you think that Thomas & Rachael cld be her parents Mark
